Well, we have had our Thanksgiving feasts and hopefully enjoyed our time together with our families. As we now prepare for Christmas and the now "politically correct" saying "Happy Holidays" lets not forget that this is all about Jesus! We are to celebrate with family, have great times and yes, open presents but... in the midst of all this let's make a commitment that we will not forget that with out the greatest birth in history we would not have any of this.
My family to yours, may your celebration of Jesus' birth be a time of love, peace and joy shared with all those you love and care about. Let us be generous to those who have not and pray for the sick and help those in need. As men and women of God let us continue to be pillars of our Lord's sacrifice to our communities and walk the path we have been set upon.
May God's love, protection and peace surround you and those you love.
